Terms of carriage

These terms apply to every shipment booked with Proof Dream International. They are a summary for this first version of the website and will be replaced by the company's final legal text.

Acceptance

It is agreed that the goods described herein are accepted in apparent good order and condition (except as noted) for carriage SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. All goods may be carried by any other means including road or any other carrier unless specific contrary instruction is given hereon by the shipper. The shipper agrees that the shipment may be carried via intermediate stopping places which the carrier deems appropriate. The shipper's attention is drawn to the notice concerning the carrier's limitation of liability, which may be increased by declaring a higher value for carriage and paying a supplemental charge.

Charges

Charges are based on the higher of actual and volumetric weight, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. The online price is an estimate; the final charge is confirmed when the shipment is weighed at pickup. Duties and taxes at the destination are paid by the receiver unless agreed otherwise.

Shipper responsibilities

• Describe the contents accurately and declare their true value.
• Do not include prohibited items. Restricted items need our approval before booking.
• Provide the receiver's complete address and a reachable phone number.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value, subject to the limits of the carrying airline and applicable conventions. Insurance for higher values is available on request.

Delays

Transit times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, flight cancellations or events outside our control.
