We charge the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg.
Yes. Submit a pickup request online or call us, and a courier will collect the parcel at the time you choose.
Cash, precious metals, weapons, flammable or hazardous goods, narcotics, perishable food without approval, and any item restricted by the destination country's customs.
Duties and taxes are normally paid by the receiver. Ask us about duty-paid delivery for business shipments.
